I believe I get the gist of these documents which include two baptisms and a death however, the experts advice is much appreciated, specifically names and dates just to be safe
And, if possible the name of the church or churches involved.

Io Sacerdote battezzai secondo il rito romano un infante nato oggi all'ora quattordicesima circa dai coniugi Vincenzo Licata e Santa Vascellaro, a cui fu imposto il nome di Girolamo Licata. Padrini furono mastro Antonio Pizzuto (or Rizzuto) e Rosalia Todaro sua moglie.
