Can anyone tell me what this says? I seriously can no longer understand one bit of Spanish. Embarassed

Actually nuccia it's Portuegese and I believe they're telling you that their surname is Casimiro which is italian and they'd like to have it added to the surname database. My portuegese is pretty bad but I'm pretty sure that's what they're saying.
