Looks like you have more than 1 family here to me. Looks like there was more than 1 Giuseppe Sapienza in the town which is not surprising at all. Do you know the wife's (mother) name of the person you are looking for? Italian women's surnames were never changed like in the US. They were born with the surname of their father and died with the same name. If you know the mother's name, follow her children.

Where did you find this information?
Moreover Agata (female) and Agostino (male) are not the same person. Agostino was born in 1884 (December 12) and Agata in 1890 (April 22).

I was wrong. Luigi there isn't. I confused Luigi (Aloysius in Latin) whit Alfio (Alphius in Latin). Sorry
Giovanni (Jonny) and Joannes (in Latin) is the same.

Giovanni is the same person as Joannes (not Joanny)
Luigi is another person

The year is unknown: Anno Domini Millesimo Octigentesimo idem = Year 1thousand eighthundred "ditto". This means that the last two digits are the same of the previous registration.

We need to see the full page and also the previous one, to determine the exact year.
