Hello,

The 1909 Ship Manifest, line 6, suggest Giuseppe was from Montemilone, Potenza, Basilicata.

It says he left his wife Francisca and was meeting Uncle Giuseppe Di Savinio(sp)

I think this is his marriage record to Francesca, Dec. 11, 1905.

Here is his birth record in Feb. 1882. I think his actual day of birth was the 8th of Feb, and recorded on the 11th of Feb.

His Father is Canio and Mother is Maria Festagallo(sp), the same names on his marriage act.

There are possibly more records on line

Hope this helps,
Paul

I Appreciate the help here.
Using the Links that you sent me, I have determined that
He immigrated 1908 not sure from what town???
Born 1888 or 1889 and Died 1959
His name is spelled on most records as Joseph Daliessio
His wifes name was Sussie (Assunta) Iaconelli who also immigrated around 1907
She was born 1905 and died 1946
They married in the U.S. after they met I believe in Philadelphia
They lived in Crum Lynne,Delaware county, Pennsylvania
So in short I think the first Guissepi D'Aliessio was another person.
Thanks again! any further help is appreciated...

Thank you for the spouse's name.
There are several member trees (Ancestry.com) saying Giuseppe was born May 20 1889 in Cassino.
