Hi the right surname spelling, by italian draft registration card, it is FILICE;

Codice SIAS IT-ASCS-F680258

Antonio Filice born on 29 Apr 1874 in Carolei, son of Francesco Filice and of Gaetana Canonico

By this census:
1910 United States Federal Census about Antonio Felicce
Name: Antonio Felicce
Age in 1910: 36
Birth Year: abt 1874
Birthplace: Italy

Home in 1910: Chicago Ward 22, Cook, Illinois
Race: White
Gender: Male
Immigration Year: 1895
Relation to Head of House: Head
Marital Status: Married
Spouse's Name: Carolina Felicce
Father's Birthplace: Italy
Mother's Birthplace: Italy
Neighbors: View others on page
Household Members:
Name Age
Antonio Felicce 36
Carolina Felicce 23
Assunda Felicce 2
Francesco Felicce 1
[1 2/12]
Michelo Orlando 28
Guisseppi Laparito 37

I believe that the arrival, by ellisisland.org website, it could be:
First Name: Antonio
Last Name: Filice
Ethnicity: Italy, Italian
Last Place of Residence:
Date of Arrival: Jun 01, 1895
Age at Arrival: 20y Gender: M Marital Status: S
Ship of Travel: KAISER WILHELM II
Port of Departure: Genoa via Gibraltar
Manifest Line Number: 0145

the image of arrival is wrong, so by ancestry.com:
New York, Passenger Lists, 1820-1957 about Antonio Felice
Name: Antonio Felice
Arrival Date: 1 Jun 1895
Birth Date: abt 1875
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Ethnicity/ Nationality: Italian
Port of Departure: Genoa, Italy
Port of Arrival: New York, New York
Ship Name: Kaiser Wilhelm II
but no help much, because the ship's manifest is unreadable...

For Antonio FILICE birth certificate you can write to:
Ufficio di Stato Civile
Piazza Tenente Mazzuca, 1
87030 Carolei (CS)
Italy

for Clara( she had in Italy: Clara or Carolina or other first name ?) I know not where she was born and when she was born...
Abt marriage certificate you think that Antonio married in Italy? or in Illinois? maybe the US member of this forum can help if Antonio married in Illinois...
If he married in Carolei or other town in Italy, Carolei civil records office can help...
regards,
suanj
