Hi,

Just a quick message- just before I was about to call Giuseppe D'Amato, he called me (actually his son)- he confirmed that he is indeed the grandson of Giuseppa LaBarbera and Giuseppe D'Amato- you guys are cousins- he is a very nice man too- he said that he and his family will be more than happy to meet you- he even offered to meet you at the airport- he would like to know when you plan to visit, so they can make themselves available. He did receive your letter and said that his son sent you an e-mail- did you receive it?
Giuseppe also requested some info from the town hall- he already knows who your other D'Amato relatives are but not sure about LaBarbera- he said Agnese never married but not sure.

Anyway, again will keep you updated.

ciao- Emilio
