Tteti has asked me for assistance in uploading these PDF documents of his family records from San Fili. He needs help reading them. The links are below:

www.montaltouffugo.inf...nfili2.pdf

The documents are for Antonio Maria Passarelli

Tony,
I don't know about anyone else but I can only read parts of these documents (are they the same?). The print is a little small. If it is possible can you scan it again larger and save it in tiff or jpg format? I do not know how to manipulate a pdf file but a jpg or a tiff can be enhanced, darkened, etc. easily to allow you to read it better.
If you can email me at the email address I sent my last email to you from and I will repost it here.
Thanks.

I sent you an email about the 1910 census for New Rochelle,NY there were a few comments about my great grandmothers name Carmela, Cristina. I was able to blow it up and it is Cerubina

I replied to your email. Cherubina is a name very familiar to me - lots of women in Montalto had that name. Since Montalto is the next town south, makes sense to me. If you need any records from Ancestry or Footnote, let us know.

Interesting - so there were 2 Antonio Passarelli's born in the same year in San Fili. Does this Antonio look anything like yours? Maybe they were cousins?
Did your Antonio live in New Rochelle, NY?

Was New Rochelle, NY a common place for Italian Immigrants from San Fili to go to? It's strange because my Lio g-grandfather went there, where his wife and toddler joined him. Their 5 daughters were born there including my grandma Jenny. They left because a woman's head was found on one of the neighbor's mailboxes...ick.

Went to Plainfield, NJ after that and stayed there until the last decade or so...

New Rochelle, NY was a common place for Italians from Southern Italy to go to. Alot of people from Francavilla Angitola and from San Fili. There were a lot of Paisons there. Do you have any Idea where in New Rochelle they were living?
