I am looking for the town of origin of the Family Clebba. My great great
...great grandmother was a Clebba. She lived in 1678. She was
married to a Fazzini. The name of the town is unknown, but it is believed
to be near the town of Monsampolo del Tronto (AP). If anyone knows
anything about the origin of the Clebba Family, then please contact me
or publish your response to this posting.

There's no easy answer to that question because there could be multiple Clebba families within that area which are unrelated. That far back in time you'd need to turn to parish or notarial records, both of which you need to know the town first. Did they live in Monsampolo del Tronto?
