The problem is with the Ellis Island forms only -- the rest of the site is working fine.
Those forms are hosted on the jewishgen server, and they are in the process of moving that server onto a larger, more powerful machine. That move should be completed by Wednesday at the latest.
So hang in there folks if you are trying to access them as well. Things should be back to normal by Wednesday!
