You may want to have a look at this page; It has quite a few Canadian links that I have been compiling but there are many more.
You may want to look at the Pier 21 site (the link is on the page). Keep in mind though that before the 1960's many passengers went through Ellis Island first before going on to Canada. After the 1960's many went through Canadian Ports.
