Am I correct in assuming that the deceased is Maria Li Mandri and not Domenico Li Mandri?

What I found confusing was the issue of surnames. Either Maria had the same surname as her husband or her surname was simply not listed in this document. This was the reason for my uncertainty regarding the deceased, etc.
