Hi everyone,
(this is the 2nd part of the mystery)
My great grandfather, Tomasso Coppa came to the US in 1912 from Priverno Italy. He was born in 1888. He changed his name to Tony Leo. I am looking for the rest of the family tree! His father was Andrea Coppa.
On his documents he has his mothers name as:

Jacinda Cironi
OR
Cirsni Gride'nta
OR
Cirani Gride'nta

It's so hard to tell because he could not write english, so someone filled out his forms for him; these could be spelled wrong. I don't speak Italian - perhaps with his thick accent it sounded differently. I don't know if these names are common Italian names?

Is there a better way to spell her name?

Any ideas? Thanks for your assistance!

See my prev msg - other user has it as your second example - CIRSNI GRIDE'NTA.

Cheers

Ben
