Can some one translate my grandfather's BC for me. I did have friends translate it but one says that I should be looking in Sudetto not Sant Arsenio.

Thank you Livio! I did not expect to find the hour of his birth, how wonderful. Can you explain to me what "as it appears in the act Nr 82 P means 1.
