I've never encountered that given name but have seen Dionisio. This a good one for Riccardo, Rafaella, Alessandra or perhaps someone in Italy more familiar with the rarer names.

When you can actually compare the name/document with an open list it is often far easier to find the best possibility!
At the end of each incividual name entry is a link to another page and on that page there is a link in th top r/h hand corner to Related Names.THAT list offers many more 'possibilities' with rarer and often 'local' names.
