#1: La Befana Author: Poipu04, Location: ConnecticutPosted: Sat Dec 08, 2007 1:31 pm ---- Can anyone tell me a little about the La Befana Christmas tradition or point me to a web page on the subject? One of the people who uses my Celenza website asked for it. If you can share with me something on it, would you mind if I use it on my site?
Thanks!

The video was originally inserted as a flash file:
Dec. 9, 8:55am - Video removed by Livio, because the music cannot be stopped

I did test that it was still possible to open and close it without losing it's properties - as it is now. My apologies, but it may have upset others who were trying to read all the information posted on that thread...

Our friend John said she was not part of the tradition in the 1920s when he lived in Celenza but as communication spread, she must have been introduced. Our friend Rossano tells us that today in Celenza and San Marco she is a common tradition.
