The film numbers are located to the right of the description. You need to set up an account on Family Search and know which Family History Center you want the microfilm reel(s) sent to.
When you click on the reel icon on the microfilm(s) you want to order, it will open an order page and prompt you to sign in if you aren't currently signed in. Once you do that, you can set up an account for ordering using a credit card.
You don't need to be able to read and write Italian to extract records but you do need to have some knowledge of the language to locate and extract information from Italian records. The sites at the end of this post should help you. You might want to print out the Italian Genealogical Word List paying close attention to the numbers, months, and days listing.
Since you know Antonio's birthdate and those records are online at the local Family History Center, I'd do as Paolo suggested. Locate that record and save it to a flash drive or print a copy which you can scan. Then post the image on this thread and we'll show you how to extract the details. His birth record will include other important information about his parents, Francesco and Gaetana.
