My opinion is:
The lowest level would apply to someone accessing material collected by others, without regard for their validity. This person may believe to be a "professional genealogist" but would not be accepted by a Genealogist Society as such.

I am considered someone who loves doing Genealogy and research of it and I am not a professional by any means.

"professional" implies only an income, although an expert amateur could be very "proficient"
