Liz,
you've been so kind making better my grandfather's photo....
Now my idea is to choose a few of his images and put them togheter in a frame with his passport and some other things to remember his life in USA....
When you have free time, can you please "work" on these others?

I don know exactly the years of these photos but I can suppose between 1920 and 1927...
My grandfather arrived in USA on April 1917 and came back to Italy in 1926/1927.....
I think the one with the Harvest was taken in the area of Calistoga/St. helena in the napa Valley CA and the one with the mine buildings in Unionville - NV.....

Great photos Laura! Very Happy The post card may be a 4th of July festivity. That would be our holiday celebration of independence day. It is still celebrated with parades during the day and fireworks at night. Just a wild guess based on all the American flags in the picture.
