L'anno 1838, il d' 27 del mese di Settembre alle ore 17.
Avanti di noi Gervaldo Pittato Sindaco ed U. di S. C. del Comune di Bagaria, distretto di Palermo, valle di Palermo è comparso:
Santi La Barbiera, di anni 42, di professione campagnolo, domiciliato in Bagaria, il quale ci ha presentato una femmina ... ed ha dichiarato che la stessa è nata da Grazia Scarpinato sua moglie, di anni 40 domiciliata con esso, e da esso dichiarante nel giorno di oggi, del mese di sopra, anno corrente alle ore 9 nella casa propria.
Lo stesso ha dichiarato di dare alla neonata il nome di Fortunata.
Battezzata il giorno 27
