Can someone please tell me what this says:
Francesco Caracciolo - Berazategui, Buenos Aires Argentina.
Thank you very much! Very Happy

There you go....

Last June 3rd we arrived in Lamezia from the Argentinian Republic. Nothing strange in that if it weren’t for the special motivation by Dr. Ugo Gravina
the Mayor of Montalto Uffugo, who with the (annuenza?) agreement? of the committee and council planned and put in place a holiday period for twenty citizens and emigrants of long standing in their distant land of Argentina. The affectionate reception given them by the Montaltese citizens and by the authorities, deserves these public thanks having no other means to repay the great kindness we have received during the various trips during this three week period, all at the expense of the comune as were the air flights and the respective travelling expenses. Father Celeste, from the Don Bosco of Montalto congregation, always a gentleman, always aware and thoughtful, was given the task of organising our lodgings for our fellow-citizens who by this time no longer have any living relatives in our homeland.
With affection,
Francesco Caracciolo - Berazategui, Buenos Aires Argentina.

Thanks Carole. I wonder what the Argentinians did to get the town to pay for them?!! Shocked
