I have done genealogy for 23 years but no experience at all with Italy. I am looking for a birth record for Ubaldo Pierre Francesco Negri , born in 1875 in Arona, Varese, Lombardia, Italy & died 01 Jul 1937 in Kingston-Upon-Thames, Greater London, England. Ty in advance for any help.

okay, I googled it and he is from the Northern part of Italy. Find the forum here for Northern Italy and post your question there. The area my grandfather is from has some records online, but I am unfamiliar with the rest of Italy. Did you google the town to see if they have a website?
