I'd be grateful if someone who has Ancestry could look at this record for me all I can get from the freeBMD Birth Index 1837-1983 for England and Wales
is the following
Name: Dominic Defilippis
Year of registratioin: 1892
Quarter of registration: (think it is Mar.)
District: Camberwell (1837-1919)
County: London, Surrey
but as I dont have access to Ancestry I cant view the full record re the actual date etc when he was born.
Grateful for any help

I had thought it would have shown a copy of the actual birth record giving the date when he was born etc
Seems like the only way to get the full information will be to send for a copy of the birth record and I think what you have posted will make that easier because it has a number on it.
