Intanto ecco la trascrizione completa (devo ancora riguardarla, per cui potrebbero esserci degli errori - ah, tra l'altro non sono neanche un latinista ma un autodidatta, per cui abbi pietà di me)

Anno Domini Millesimo octingentesimo trigesimo sexto
Die vero vigesima sexta Julii 1836.
Denuntiationibus praemissis tribus diebus festivis interpolatis nempe die 2, 5 et 12 p(roximi) p(assati) Junii 1836 inter missarum solemnia habitis nulloque legitimo impedimento detecto. Ego xxx Don Luciano Tartamella Capp(ella)nus Sacra(?)lis Franciscum Calamìa filium innuptum quondam Josephi et Mariae Ippolito olim jug(aliu)m et pro eo Alphonsum Torre uti procuratorem praedicti Francisci virtute actus procurationis exaratae apud tabulas xxx D(ominu)m Antonii Messina sub die quarta Junii 1836, et Joannam Bertolino filiam quoque innuptam quondam Josephi, et viventis Joannae Augugliaro olim jug(aliu)m ambos huius urbis Drepani, et huius Insignis Collegiatae Archip(resbitera)lis xxx in hac eadem Ecclesia Archip(resbitera)li interrogavi, eorumque mutuo consensu habito, solemniter per verba de p(raese)nti matrimonio conjunxi p(raese)ntibus testibus notis Andrea Bertolino, Salvatore Gioia, et Francisco Virzì

Dimmi cosa non ti è chiaro e (domani) provo a fare una traduzione (maccheronica!)
Ciao
Luca

Innuptum sta per celibe (anche se di solito è usato al femminile, nel senso di nubile): vedi innuptus
innuptus, innuptă, innuptum
agg. I cl.|adj. I cl.|adj. I cl.
1 (usato per lo più al f.) nubile, non sposata
2 (come sost. f. pl. innuptae, arum) ragazze.
Etimologia: r>
innuptus, a, um, agg.,

Quondam: del fu
Huius urbis: di questa città
