I am trying to figure this out.
It is stated on the marriage record.
Domenico Cinnante "volgarmente chiamato" Francesco.

His birth record has this phrase too.

What does it mean?

It means that his name officially was Domenico Cinnanti but people called him (or knew him as) Francesco.
