Hope everyone is doing well.

Wondering if theirs a way to search census by street?
Which site is it?
I don't have Ancestry so that will not work for me.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Vincenza

I have done that..its not easy. You need to figure out the enumeration district first. Then when you find the district with the address, you search that district. Sometimes, there is two districts for the same block (like lets say it was smith street, it could be divided to 2 districts or even 3 if it is a very long street). I believe you can still do the search this way on the stephen morse site. This is a very difficult way, though, to find someone. It takes a lot of time and patience.

So, are you saying to try stephen morse site.

I have the following information if anyone is able to find anything.

Benedetto Maola also know as Ben Moola
I have the death certificate & draft card.
born 1-23-1881 or 3-10-1881 in Casalvieri, Frosinone Italy
died in Chicago Cook county on 1-28-1925
lived on 9222 Normal Street

I'm look for census 1910 and / or 1920

Thanks for any help
Vincenza

If your Niro family is also from Casalvieri send me a PM as I recently did some research for the NIRO family from Casalvieri.

You used to be able to search by enumeration district on the morse site. I dont know if that has changed. I did it many years ago on ancestry.
