Finally, I have decided to request the family certifcate for my great grandmother and her second spouse. I have their pubblicazione, atti di matrimonio, both their birth records and the birth records of all their children. Should I include all these documents with my request or is the information (dates) enough. I want the best chance possible to receive this document so any suggestions would be appreciated. I know some of you have obtained this rare document. What did your requests say?

Don't enclose any documents. Just provide any info that you have. Don't let them know what you already have in the way of documentation..they don't need to know.
