Does anyone have a list of e-mails for the "Comune" of the cities in Italy or the "Archivi parocchiale" Thanks
Carlo

I found that if you search through Google deep enough you might find some emails on line but nothing stands out.. Emails change so often. Are you looking for emails for the Comuni themselves or for the Archives? Or is it for Church records? Smile

Ciao
Yes I tried Google and found some; I was looking for archives etc. Found some. The ones that had "anagrafe" was easy, but some (all in Italian) were not to easy to follow. I sent them off and am waiting for an answer. I'm sure that Italy like all of Europe is "closed" in August. thanks

Are you looking for all the archives in Italy or just in the North and Central parts? And yes, do not attempt writing for anything during the month of August. I have already received an email for one in Cosenza telling us that no research (or VERY little)will be conducted during that time. Meanwhile I'll try to find some and let you know. Smile

Thanks--- I sent e-mails to Naples, Orbetello and Pieve di Cadore. They were sent last month. I did receive an answer from Orbetello saying it was not the correct office and they would forward it; They did and the correct office answered and said they had received the e-mail. Orbetello, I'm pretty sure is the place for Porto S. Stefano, Grosetto. (my Bracci side). I have info on my Bracci side in Porto S. Stefano back to 1755. I think from there Bracci goes to either Pisa or Elba. Do you have any info on that. Grazie molto.
