Can someone please help me with this photo.

Also, how can I put a oval frame. So I can place it on my site. Software I have will it let me do that. I have Print Shop 20 and Adobe Photoshop 4.0. But I really don't know how to use it that well.

Had a go at putting a frame on the photograph. Please dont ask me how I did this because I'm not at all sure I rmember Confused
