I never heard of that breed! They are kind of cute.

I want one, the history of the breed is so cool. Evidently they roam all over Sicily, but especially around Mt. Etna. They were said to have arrived in Sicily in ancient times, brought by the Phoenicians or Egyptians.

They also have not changed in appearance in thousands of years.

they are a sharp looking dog, after reading all about them, when I am ready to move, I will try and find one.
