I found this document when I was looking through a 'Diversi' film My first thought is its a record for an illegitmate child - 'au naturale' or could it be an abandoned child?

Often a son was recognized later if the man in question had no heirs with the woman he married. Or he married the mother later in life and then recognized the son formally (instead of adopting him).
I am actually researching a family where this happened.

My grandmothers birth act had the same wording someone at LDS stated that it meant that he parents listed were not married. Another birth Act 3 years later from the same parents but a different child indicated that the parents were now married. I don't know if this any help
