Can someone look at this ship manifest?

I came across this image and cannot read the names of 1) the name of the person left in Italy 2) the name of the person he was going to.

This is on line 5 of the image.

I agree, I have been struggling with this for a while. I think the first name of the father is Gennaro but I am not sure. At least you made out the middle name. As for the wife, ???.

Alfonso Rescigno is leaving his father Gennaro Tommaso [2 M and 1 S] Rescigno, his wife Anna is leaving her father-in-law Gennaro Tommaso Rescigno.
They are both going to join their cousin Pasquale Petrino, 254 Lexington Av. Bridgeport(?) Connecticut...

I forgot to add, this manifest may lead to a connection of the Connecticut Rescigno family with my family. Several other male members came to the US 1891 and 1892. I cannot find that they stayed as yet but am continuing to research this part.
