Da me qui sottoscritto Arciprete Curato della Chiesa Parrocchiale di questo Comune di Acquafondata qualmente (= il quale) avendo osservato il libro dei battesimi ho rinvenuto al foglio 98 che Raffaele de Filippis (figlio dei) furono Giovanni Battista e Teresa Gagliardi, nacque e fu battezzato nel giorno 28 Settembre 1789. In fede.
Da servire per solo uso matrimonio.
Acquafondata 25 Marzo 1828.

L'anno del Signore 1808, il giorno 30 del mese di Luglio. Antonia figlia di Fortunato de Filippis e Pasqua Gagliardi legittimi coniugi di Acquafondata, diocesi di ...(!), fu battezzata da me Reverendo Arciprete di detta terra. Matrina fu Magnifica Gentile della stessa terra. In fede. Tommaso Tedeschi.
Come risulta dal libro dei battezzati.
Nella fede delle quali cose, questa lettera diedi di mia propria mano che avrà validità ad unico uso di matrimonio.
Dato in Acquafondata il 1° Giugno 1836.
