Ciao a tutti,
I am not sure for what this document was used. It is my great-grandfather's family. I am having difficulty understanding the column headings. Is anyone familiar with this form or maybe can translate the column headings from this very poor quality attachment? It has helped me learn my great-grandmother's maiden name, something I have been researching for many, many years!

Thank you
Joseph

The image is very small, however this is what I read:

1st column:
COGNOME E NOME
of the family's components
and other people living together

2nd
Relationship xxxxxx
with the head of the family

3rd
father's name

4th
mother's surname and name

5th
Place and date of birth

6th
Marital Status

7th
Occupation

8th
????????????

Thank you Livio! The quality of the original is not much better. I received from a relative a copy of a copy. In the Stato Civile column, the last two entries, who happen to be the youngest children of Carmine and Orsola, there is a word that appears to be "inebile". These two children were the only members of this family to be born in Larino, Campobasso. All the others were born in Pietrelcina, Benevento. Can you make any sense of what this word should be and what it means? The last column (8) starts with the word "Se" and has the conjuction "ed" after the second word. The response of Carmine, Orsola and the last two children are sì and all the other children's responses are no. Any idea what this document was used for?
Thanks for your help

I have no idea of what the document is, it looks like a Census but there is no address...
The word on the Stato civile column could be nubile=single (the word refers to a female, the equivalent for a male is celibe)

Livio, that makes perfect sense! This document is dated October 1911 and all of my great aunts, except for my grandmother and youngest great aunt, were married by that date. My grandmother was just 10 years old. My GGF, GGM, grandmother and great-aunt emigrated from Italy in 1911. It is probably more than a coincidence that the last column has a sì response for only those that emigrated together.
