Hi Melody these are supplemental records for marriage. The records may include the bride and grooms birth acts and baptisms, their parents and/or grandparents information, solemn promises etc. You can find a lot of interesting information in these records.

Thank You for replying. I'm trying to find more info on my abandoned GF. I do have his birthact and the declarant gave notice as she assisted the woman who does not want to be mentioned. He was sent to the Provincial Como Orphanage. Possibly a baptism document?
