Lipari civil record office - to whom it may concern

Dear friends,
I just want to let you know that if anyone of you would like to write to Lipari civil record office in order to have vital statistics documents, the office is stuck in the last few months and there is not away that the big amount of requests from all over the world can be done. So I really suggest anyone, who is looking for records from 1866 to nowadays, to not write to that civil record office. Maybe next year, during spring time.
Lipari Civil records from 1820 to 1865 can be found at Messina State Archive.
Lipari is located in the province of Messina,Sicily, Italy, and it includes the following hamlets:
Pianoconte, Quattropani, Acquacalda, Lami, Canneto, Pirrera, Serra, Ginostra;
islands of: Vulcano, Panarea, Stromboli, Filicudi, Alicudi.
